Returns 

We hope that you are delighted with your Touch & Such product, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the goods in its original condition for a full refund within 28 days of delivery. The cost of the return is payable by the customer. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded or tracked delivery service. Ensure you retain your proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

Please contact us at hello@touchandsuch.com before the return is made so we can make sure our team is aware of its arrival and therefore minimise the time for refund.

• Highlight the item(s) being returned
• Include the reason for return

Please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly. We cannot accept returned items which were not purchased from our online store.

Refunds

We will do our best to process returns within 10 working days of receipt and a refund will be issued through the method used for payment. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
